Dr. Gerrad Speer grew up in Scott City, Kansas where he was in the top 10 of his graduating class as well as being successful in football, wrestling, and track.  He did meet a few injuries along the way and chiropractic has helped him from the age of six.  After high school Dr. Speer attended Baker University where he graduated with a B.S. in Biology and started four years for the Baker Wildcat football team.  During the summer of his junior year at Baker, Dr. Speer worked for a chiropractor and realized that this would be a great way to help people and make a living.  He enrolled at Cleveland Chiropractic College in the fall of 2005 and graduated  cum-laude in August of 2008 and has been practicing since.

Dr. Speer met Lauren Plapp in the winter of 2007 and the rest, as they say, is history.  Together they currently live in Plainville, KS with their two children, Graham, 2 years, and Eleanor, 8 months.  They also have two dogs, a turtle and a number of fish depending on how hungry the turtle gets.
