Kassidy Stecklein, PT, DPT

Kassidy Stecklein is a Hays, Kansas native. Growing up in a very active family, she played sports her whole life including softball, volleyball, and cheerleading both in middle and high school.

After graduating from Thomas-More Prep Marian in 2012, she went on to further her education at Kansas State University where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Kinesiology with an Exercise Physiology emphasis from Kansas State University as well as a minor in Leadership Studies.

While at K-State, she immediately began to get involved in the health and fitness industry with attaining numerous training certifications including her ACE-Certified Personal Trainer, AFAA Group Fitness Instructor, Spinning Instructor, and Crossfit – Level 1 Trainer. She worked as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, and coach for her 4 years at K-State, which lead her to wanting to attend PT school in order to be able to truly help others across every stage of their life – from rehabilitation to sports performance.

Kassidy moved to Denver, CO to continue on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Regis University and graduated with honors in 2019. Kassidy is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

In her spare time Kassidy enjoys working out,spending time with her 5 nieces and nephews, and being the assistant cheerleading coach at TMP. She also enjoys any excuse to get outside whether it be to Manhattan for a K-State football game or back to Denver to enjoy the mountains!
