Dr. Mark Melton, DC | Doctor of Chiropractic

Dr. Mark Melton DC was born and raised in the north central Kansas town of Beloit.  After graduating from Beloit Jr.-Sr. High School, Dr. Melton attended Fort Hays State University.  While at FHSU, Dr. Melton earned an Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology and a Bachelors Degree of Basic Science.  Dr. Melton also worked as an X-ray Technician at Hays Medical Center in Hays, KS for 4 1/2 years before returning to school to pursue his passion in the field of Chiropractic.  Dr. Melton earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic from Cleveland Chiropractic College in Overland Park, KS.  Upon graduation, Dr. Melton returned to Hays, KS, where he joined Koerner Chiropractic and Physical Therapy.

Shortly after moving back to Hays, Dr. Melton married Amy Stecklein.  Amy grew up in Hays and is self-employed as a Cosmetologist at Redz Hair Salon in downtown Hays.  Mark and Amy have two daughters, Kellyn and Blakely.

In his spare time, Dr. Melton enjoys hunting, fishing, working out, and spending time with his wife and family.  He is also an avid football, basketball, and baseball fan.
