Koerner Chiropractic & Physical Therapy is in network with the majority of health insurance carriers in the area.  Both, chiropractic and physical therapy services are covered under many insurance plans.  Services are performed at our clinic and we bill your insurance company directly.  After your insurance company has paid, we will provide you with a monthly statement of your account.  Please keep in mind that with any health plans, there may be deductibles and copayments for which you could be responsible.  As a courtesy, we will also verify your coverage and assist you in understanding your coverage; however, keep in mind that benefits quoted to us by your insurance company are not a guarantee of payment.

We are flexible and willing to work with you to establish a comfortable payment plan in order to avoid sending your account to collections.  We understand that circumstances can change and if you would have a need to change an agreed upon payment plan, just simply let us know and we will find a comfortable solution.
