January Exercise of the Month - Sidelying Clams

o While lying on your side with your knees bent, draw up the top knee while keeping contact of your feet together

o Do not let your pelvis (hips) roll back during the lifting movement

o Make sure the movement is slow and controlled

o Complete 3 sets of 10 repetitions each side
